14 week powerlifting program

This 14 week powerlifting program will take you through a hypertrophy phase, a strength phase & finally a peaking phase. You will be able to test your new maxes on squat, bench & deadlift at the completion of this. The program is 4 days a week. Please note rest days are intended for REST (go for a walk or do something low impact, but do not add in more lifts).
I've had lifters add 50-60+lbs to their total with this program.
