This 10 week powerlifting program will take you through a higher volume phase & then a strength focused phase. This is a program you can run in the off season. The program is 4 days a week. Please note rest days are intended for REST (go for a walk or do something low impact, but do not add in more lifts).
Specialty bars used in this program: safety squat bar, but it can be swapped for straight bar.
